Mayle Trans encourages continuous learning and improvement throughout training.

Instructors provide guidance and feedback to help students understand their progress and identify areas requiring further attention.

Students are encouraged to:

• Attend scheduled training sessions.

• Participate actively in classroom instruction.

• Practise the skills demonstrated by instructors.

• Seek clarification when they do not understand a topic.

• Follow safety instructions.

• Apply feedback during practical exercises.

• Maintain a positive and responsible learning attitude.

Additional practice and guidance may be arranged based on individual learning needs and programme availability.
